• Veteran/military data: Service records, VA claim information, medical diagnoses

AI Processing

When you use AI-powered features, your inputs are processed by AI models to generate responses. We do not use your personal data to train AI models. AI-generated content (summaries, analyses, recommendations) is stored in your account and protected by the same RLS rules as your other data.

• Google (Gmail, Calendar): Optional integrations you authorize (read-only email scanning for receipts/financial events, calendar events)
• AI Providers: For generating content, analysis, and recommendations
• ElevenLabs: Voice generation for video content
• YouTube API: Video research and trend analysis

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each integration to function.

• We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties
• We do NOT share your health records, financial data, or personal context with other users
• We do NOT use your personal data to train AI models
• We do NOT store full credit card or bank account numbers
• We do NOT track your activity across other websites

• Withdraw consent: Revoke data processing consent (may limit platform functionality)

California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

EU/EEA Residents (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing is consent and legitimate interest in providing our services.

• Account data is retained as long as your account is active
• Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days
• Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes
• Payment records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years for tax purposes)

9. Children's Privacy

This platform is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
